In an effort to help managers leverage the data they capture to better convey the detailed work done at each property, we’ve compiled this ‘Property Condition Checklist & Report’. This resource was created by reviewing thousands of inspections on Breezeway’s platform and can be used to complete and share end-of-season property inspections with your homeowners.
General
- Ensure the entryway is in good shape
